This young woman came to consultation desirous of augmentation but worried about an "unnatural enlargement." Not everyone wants a large post-operative result. She desired an improvement in breast volume and cleavage but wanted to be free from undesired public attention. Please note that at 3 months the periareolar scars are barely visible. Also notice the limited cleavage that smaller implants in general provide.

• Before: An "A" cup with mild breast asymmetry and very mild ptosis
