This young thin framed Asian lady came to consultation desiring a small enlargement. She didn't want to look "too large." Her pre-operative small "A" cup breasts filled out to a full "B" to small "C" with small saline-filled implants with which she was quite happy.
OPERATIVE STATISTICS:
  • Before: A small "A" cup
  • After: Full "B" to Small "C"
  • Operative Design: 225 cc round smooth implants placed in the submuscular position via a periareolar approach.
