This woman came to consultation desiring her breast implants of years ago be removed. She felt they were quite large for her frame. The "Over the Muscle" placement may have had something to do with that as they were only 300cc models. Soft tissue coverage is key in maintaining reasonably natural results. The distortion seen here before removal shows that her soft tissue coverage was not adequate for these implants in this position.
